Working in partnership our provider organisations have awarded a £2.5m contract for an eRostering and eJob planning solution for health and care organisations across West Yorkshire and Harrogate for medical and AHP staff groups in the region. The Full Business Case was presented and approved at November’s West Yorkshire and Harrogate Finance Forum.

eRostering ensures the workforce are appropriately allocated to provide efficient and quality patient care.  eJob Planning is a digital prospective professional agreement detailing how much of a clinician’s time is spent on direct clinical care, supporting professional activities and other NHS or external responsibilities. 

The contract has been awarded to Allocate Software and will roll out in 2021 across the following trusts:

• Airedale NHS Foundation Trust
• Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust
• Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust
• Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust
• Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust
• The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
• The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust
• South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
