As described in our Five Year Strategy, our Networks are the principal delivery vehicles for ‘peer collaboration’ – one of the categories within our ‘ways of working’ pillar. Each clinical network brings clinical, and service leads from across our six trusts into a regular forum through which priorities are agreed and improvements are delivered.
Each Network has been tasked with focusing on improving patient access, service productivity and efficiency, as well as ensuring any new ideas are agreed collaboratively, informed by best practice.
Each Network has a named clinical chair from one of the member trusts, a standard term of reference, agreed objectives and an associated workplan for the financial year.
