Following the publication of the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trust’s (WYAAT) Five Year Strategy earlier in 2024, and in support of the research, innovation, and improvement pillar, WYAAT hosted its inaugural ‘Leading Research and Innovation through Collaboration’ conference on the 11th October 2024 at NEXUS, Leeds.

The event provided an opportunity for colleagues to network, share best practice and successful approaches to research, innovation, and quality improvement taking place across WYAAT.

Attendees included staff working across WYAAT who either lead or actively participate in research, innovation, and quality improvement including doctors, nurses, midwives, AHPs, pharmacists, and healthcare science colleagues.
