To support our ambitions, WYAAT has a governance structure in place to oversee and make decisions.

Right at the top of our structure is a Committee in Common, consisting of the six Chief Executives (known as the Programme Executive) and the six Trust Chairs, who attend meetings to make decisions that could have an impact on the organisations, or patient care.

Below this group is the Programme Executive, who meet separately on a monthly basis to oversee and provide guidance to the work happening for each of our priority programmes.

To support these two senior groups, WYAAT has a number of sub-groups (advisory and non-governance functional groups) which inform and manage the day-to-day delivery of our priorities, and to make sure each organisation has a view and a voice at every stage of the work.
